		<description>Homemade stock is much more delicious than it&#039;s store bought counterpart. I would give a recession tip though: save all your veggie scraps in a big zip lock in the freezer (everything except potato peelings). When the bag is full, put it in a crockpot and fill with water. Add 2 Tbs salt. Wah la, you&#039;ve got homemade stock on the cheap.</description>
