		<description>Avida, I totally understand the disinclination towards Velveeta and other cheeses of its.... &quot;quality.&quot;  I&#039;ve never worked with Fontina but it does seem a bit classy so your concerns are valid.  But then again Fontina is a good melting cheese that&#039;s a plus.  Perhaps a half and half with something like cheddar would be best?  This is not a classy dip. ;)</description>
