		<description>Yum! This was really good. Now, you have to know that I LOVE mashed potatoes. I can eat them for weeks on end (and have). So, I was a bit skeptical about subsituting cauliflower into my favorite cowboy mashed potato recipe (just add cooked carrots, a jalepeno, corn, garlic and some cheddar)but I trust Chef Edwin. AMAZING. Sure, they aren&#039;t exactly like potatoes, but pretty darned close and maybe even better. The only thing you need to keep in mind when making this substitution is to be careful when adding milk, since it doesn&#039;t seem to suck it up like potatoes do.</description>

		<description>Delicious!  They tasted a lot like mashed potatoes to me, probably because I treated them as if I was working with potatoes instead of cauliflower.  Definite sneaky fooling potential here.</description>
